Ziti with Turkey and Broccoli

| Ingredients: |

| 2 tablespoons olive oil |
| 1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
| 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried) |
| 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried) |
| 8 ounces ground turkey |
| 1 cup broccoli florets |
| 1 cup cream |
| 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1 teaspoon pepper |
| 16 ounces Dakota Growers Ziti |
| 1/2 cup ricotta cheese |
| 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs |

| Directions Heat oil in large skillet over low heat. Cook onion, parsley and sage 5 minutes or until soft. Add turkey and broccoli, cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add cream, salt and pepper, cook 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and toss with sauce. Transfer to baking dish, top with ricotta, Parmesan and bread crumbs mixed together. Heat broiler to medium and broil 8 minutes. Servings 4 |
