Savory Asparagus

 


Ingredients
1 (14.5 oz.) can of Cut Asparagus Spears
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cub blue cheese, crumbled
Empty undrained asparagus in saucepan and heat to simmer. In separate saucepan metl butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper; cook on low heat, stirring continuously until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Add milk and bring to boil for 1 minute. Stir in blue cheese until melted. Drain and place asparagus on serving dish, pour on hot cheese sauce.
