Pepper Steak and Noodles

 


Ingredients:  
12 ounces Dakota Growers extra wide egg noodles
1 1/2 pounds round steak, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 can (28 ounce) tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 can (4 ounce) mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water
2 tablespoons corn starch
  Directions On medium heat, brown steak in olive oil with garlic. Add green pepper, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and water. Mix corn starch with 1/2 cup water, add to mixture and simmer over low heat 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions, drain and top with pepper steak mixture. Servings 6
