Oriental Peas

 


Ingredients
1 (15.0 oz.) can of Sweet Peas, drained
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic powder. Place oil in large skillet and stir-fry peas and onion 2 to 5 minutes, or until hot. Add soy mixture and water chestnuts; cook and stir 1 minute.
Makes 3 - 4 servings
