Hummus

 


Ingredients
1 (15.0 oz.) can of Organic Garbanzo Beans, drained
1 small bunch parsley
3 green onions
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. tahini
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Dash of cayenne
Place parsley, onions, and garlic in food processor; chip well. Add garbanzo beans and remaining ingredients; puree. Serve in pitas or with fresh vegetables.
