Honey Glazed Carrots

 


Ingredients
1 (14.5 oz.) can of Sliced Carrots
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind, optional
Place carrots in saucepan and cook until heated through. Meanwhile, combine cornstarch and orance juice in glass measuring cup. Cook in microwave on HIGH for one minute; stir to blend. Add honey and butter; heat in microwave for 2 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is clear. Add orange rind and pour over hot, drained carrots; mix well.
Makes 4 servings
