Golden Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients |
1 (15.0 oz.) can of Piggly Wiggly Pumpkin |
1 9-inch deep dish pie crust |
3 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
1/4 tsp. cloves |
1/4 tsp. nutmeg |
1/4 tsp. ginger |
1 cup milk |
Preheat oven to 450oF. Prepare pie crust and set aside. Combine eggs, sugar, slat, and spices; beat well. Blend in pumpkin and milk, beat well. Turn mixture into pastry lined pan and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 350oF for 40 - 45 minutes. Pie is done when knife, inserted in center, comes out clean. |
