Golden Pumpkin Pie

 


Ingredients
1 (15.0 oz.) can of Piggly Wiggly Pumpkin
1 9-inch deep dish pie crust
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 450oF. Prepare pie crust and set aside. Combine eggs, sugar, slat, and spices; beat well. Blend in pumpkin and milk, beat well. Turn mixture into pastry lined pan and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 350oF for 40 - 45 minutes. Pie is done when knife, inserted in center, comes out clean.
