Fideo with Beans



12 ounces Springfield Cut Fideo

3 tablespoons Springfield Vegetable Oil

1 bunch green onions, chopped

2 (14.5 ounces) can Springfield Stewed Tomatoes, chopped

1 (4 ounces) can Springfield Diced Green Chilies

1 (16 ounces) can Springfield Kidney Beans

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon Springfield Salt


  Directions Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add uncooked Cut Fideo and onion and sauté over medium heat, stirring constantly until golden brown. Add tomatoes, green chilies, kidney beans, and seasonings; cover and steam for about 8 minutes, or until Cut Fideo is tender-firm. Servings 5
