Creamed Peas and Mushrooms

 


Ingredients
1 (8.5 oz.) can of Sweet Peas, undrained
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. instant chicken flavored bouillon
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 (4.0 oz.) can stems & pieces mushrooms, drained
Mix sour cream and bouillon in small saucepan; let stand for 5 minutes to dissolve bouillon. Add lemon juice, pepper, and dill weed; mix well. Heat on low to blend flavors; do not boil. Place peas and mushrooms in small bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Drain and add to sauce.
Makes 2 servings
