Cheesy Peas

 


Ingredients
1 (15.0 oz.) can of Sweet Peas, drained
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. onion, diced
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
Melt butter in saucepan; add flour, salt, pepper, onions, and milk. Constantly stir mixture until smooth and thick; add cheese. Once cheese has melted, stir in peas and serve.
