Creamy Peanut Sauce

Creamy Peanut Sauce

1/2 cup peanut butter, room temperature

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp dark sesame oil

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste

1 Tbsp hot water

 

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with a wire whisk. Can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. Makes 1/2 cups

 

Great on Pasta especially with vegetables.
