Rainbow Farfalle with Creamy Clam Sauce

 


Ingredients:  
8 ounces Chopped white onion
4 ounces minced garlic
8 ounces minced fresh parsley
4 pounds chopped clams, no juice
4 ounces white wine
4 ounces olive oil
1 gallon heavy whipping cream or prepared white sauce
1/2 ounce ground nutmeg
1/2 ounce black pepper
1/2 ounce salt
8 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  Directions Drizzle oil uniformly on bottom of full size baking pan. Add all other ingredients except for Parmesan and cream. Stir well and bake covered in 400°F preheated oven for 30 minutes. Add cream and cook 30 minutes longer. Mix with hot pasta and serve topped with Parmesan cheese. Servings 50
