Acini de Pepe Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Acini de Pepe
1/2 cup cool whip
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup red grapes, halved
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
2 apples, cored and chopped
Directions Cook Acini de Pepe according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water and drain well. In a medium bowl, stir together salad ingredients and toss with pasta. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Serves 6. Servings 6 Additional Serving Sizes
