Oriental Chicken with Noodles

 


Ingredients:  
16 ounces Dakota Growers Extra Wide Egg Noodles (about 8 cups)
2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cut into 1/4” strips
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1 cup snow peas
1 medium red onion, sliced
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  Directions Cook Extra Wide Egg Noodles until “al dente” about 7-9 minutes. In a large skillet, heat oil; add chicken and vegetables. Stir-fry over medium heat until broccoli is tender-crisp. Add water, soy sauce, ginger, and black pepper; cook and stir until chicken is cooked through. Add hot Extra Wide Egg Noodles and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat. Serve immediately. Servings 8
