Meatless Chili
INGREDIENTS 1 (15.0 oz.) can of Organic Chili Beans |
1 (15.0 oz.) can of Organic Black Beans, rinsed and drained |
2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes |
2 tbsp. olive oil |
1 cup onion, diced |
1 cup red bell pepper, diced |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 cup cooked lentils |
1 tsp. paprika |
1 tbsp. chili powder |
Salt and pepper |
Heat oil in large saucepan; add onion and bell pepper and saute for 10 minutes. Add garlic, cook for 1 - 2 minutes, then add tomatoes and stir thoroughly. Add beans, lentils, paprika, and chili powder. Simmer for at least 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. |
