Spaghettini with Garlic and Olive Oil

Ingredients:  

 

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Salt

16 ounces Dakota Growers Thin Spaghetti

 

  Directions Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain well. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes and desired amount of salt in oil for about 3 minutes or until garlic is soft, stirring frequently. Add pasta to the olive mixture in the skillet; toss gently until pasta is evenly coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve. Servings 6
