Philadelphia Pasta



16 ounces Rotini

8 ounces cream cheese

2 sticks butter

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon parsley


  Directions Cook rotini according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a medium-size saucepan over low heat, combine all the remaining ingredients, stirring constantly with a whisk. Cool until the ingredients are well-combined and thick. Before serving, add 1/8 cup boiling water and stir to increase smoothness. Serve a small amount over rotini. Servings 6
