Bagel with Roast Beef and Cream Cheese

  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. cream cheese with chives
  • 4 sourdough bagels, halved and lightly toasted
  • 1 lb. sliced cooked roast beef

Combine horseradish and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spread over cut sides of bagels. Top one half of each bagel with equal portions of meat. Place remaining bagel halves over meat. Cut in half and serve.
