Raisin Coconut Macaroons
| Flecked with strips of coconut and raisins, these macaroons are simply divine. |
| INGREDIENTS |
| 1 cup sugar |
| 1 cup flour |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla |
| 1/2 cup evaporated milk |
| 2 cups California raisins |
| 3 cups shredded coconut |
| PROCEDURE |
| Combine sugar, flour, vanilla and evaporated milk. Stir only until blended. Add raisins and coconut; mix lightly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-greased baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes or until golden. |
