Raisin Coconut Macaroons

 


Flecked with strips of coconut and raisins, these macaroons are simply divine.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups California raisins
3 cups shredded coconut
PROCEDURE
Combine sugar, flour, vanilla and evaporated milk. Stir only until blended. Add raisins and coconut; mix lightly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-greased baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes or until golden.
Yields: 4 dozen
