Jiffy Oatmeal Crunch

 

 


INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups quick oats, uncooked
1 cup California raisins
PROCEDURE

In large skillet, melt butter and brown sugar. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Spread into greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool; cut into squares.
