Sauerkraut Sausage Bake

 


Ingredients
1 (32.0 oz.) jar of Crispy Sauerkraut, drained
2 tbsp. sweet onion, chopped
2 lbs. kielbasa, sliced
Frozen mashed potatoes (enough for 8 servings)
5 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400oF. In casserole dish, mix together sauerkraut and chopped onion. Place sliced kielbasa over mixture. Prepare frozen mashed potatoes according to package directions and stir in 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Spread mashed potatoes over sausage and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 - 40 minutes.
