New York Cheesecake filled with Peanut Butter and Chocolate

1 cup Piggly Wiggly Creamy Peanut Butter

3/4 cup Piggly Wiggly Red Raspberry Preserves

1 whole Cheesecake of your choice

 

Split whole cheesecake horizontally.

On bottom layer, spread Creamy Peanut Butter about 1/4 inch thick.

Top Peanut Butter with Red Raspberry Preserves.

Top with remaining layer of cheesecake.

Place in freezer to set. Serve immediately.

3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

1/2 cup of Half and Half

3 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup

2 Tbsp Raspberry Preserves

Whipped Topping

Chocolate Syrup (as topping)

 

Blend ice cream, chocolate syrup, half and half, as well as raspberry preserves in a blender for one minute or until well blended.Crown the smoothie with whipped topping and chocolate syrup.

Makes 1 sundae

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups (3-#8 scoops) Vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup Milk

3 tablespoons Piggly Wiggly Chocolate Syrup

1 tablespoon Piggly Wiggly Red Raspberry Jam

 

1. In blender, place ice cream, milk, Chocolate Syrup and Red Raspberry Jam.

2. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.

3. Serve immediately.

4. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh raspberry, if desired.

5 # box Basic Muffin Mix

2 cups of Banana Smashed

1 cup Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup Chocolate Syrup

1 cup Canola Oil

16 oz Liquid Eggs

 

Place water, eggs, oil along with the basic muffin mix in mixing bowl. Using a paddle mix the batter on low for 30 seconds then scrape the bowl.

Add chocolate chips and banana and mix for an additional 30 seconds.

1 cup Chocolate Syrup

1 qt Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 cup Amaretto Liquor

 

Whip all together until it creates peaks.

Pipe into your favorite dessert cups.

5 Raspberry Preserve Thumb Print Cookies (see separate recipe)

5 Pineapple Chunks

5 Large Marshmallows

5 Chocolate Leaves

 

Plate Presentation

 

Drizzle Chocolate Syrup

Roast the pineapple and marshmallow on stove top or open fire

Arrange cookies on leaves around edge of plate

Place pineapple and marshmallow in middle piled high

Drizzle with chocolate syrup
